ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৪ কার্যদিবস
আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না।
পণ্য ডেলিভারির পর ক্ষতির ঝুঁকি গ্রাহকের উপর বর্তাবে।
৬. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
ডেলিভারির পর নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে রিটার্ন অনুরোধ করতে হবে।
রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও মূল প্যাকেজিং-এ থাকতে হবে।
রিফান্ড আমাদের রিটার্ন নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
